ORDERS

Yes! To make changes or cancel, reach out to us promptly at
wecare@hycrofthomedecor.com or use our contact form here with the subject "CHANGE" or "CANCEL". If it hasn't been sent to our couriers yet, we'll cancel it. Otherwise, please follow our returns procedure.

If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can update the address. But once it's on its way, we won't be able to change it.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, first, check your email's spam or junk folder as it might have landed there. If it's not there, please ensure you provided the correct email address when placing your order. Still can't find it? Don't worry! Reach out to us at wecare@hycrofthomedecor.com, and we'll gladly assist in ensuring you receive your confirmation.

Want to keep an eye on your package's journey? Easy peasy! Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link. Just click on it, and you'll see where your package is and when it's expected to arrive. If you run into any hiccups or can't find that email, just
reach out to us at wecare@hycrofthomedecor.com, and we'll help you track it
down!

Order placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and
shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Absolutely! Gifting is such a sweet gesture. You can ship an item directly to the lucky person by entering their address as the shipping address and your own as the billing address. Plus we don't include any value invoices inside the shipping box as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It's that easy!

All of our packing peanuts are made of organic starch and are 100% biodegradable. Simply wash them down the drain. They dissolve and leave no toxic waste or residue!

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING on all orders above US $60 throughout the contiguous U.S.!

FREE SHIPPING on all orders above CAD $75 across Canada!

USA Orders: For orders below US $60, we charge a flat fee of
US $11.90 throughout the contiguous U.S.

CANADA Orders: For orders below CAD $75, we charge a flat fee of CAD $15.

EXCEPTIONS:

USA: We ship to the 48 mainland U.S. states, excluding
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico.

CANADA: We ship all across Canada except to Nunavut,
Northwest Territories, and Yukon.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Once it's shipped, you can expect your package within 2-9
business days.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and all across Canada (with the exception of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon).

Returns

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.

Planning a return? Start by emailing us at
returns@hycrofthomedecor.com for the return address. Items should be in their original state and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll initiate your
refund. Note: Refunds exclude original shipping fees. When sending back items, use a prepaid, trackable, and insured shipping method. We aren't liable for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note that you are responsible for the
return shipping costs.

Due to the unique nature of our items, we can't accept returns or exchanges on dried or preserved flower arrangements.

Nope! While having an account offers perks like tracking order history, it's not required. You can shop and check out as a guest anytime. Enjoy your shopping!

To reset your password, click here and click on "Forgot your password?". You will be prompted to enter your email address that you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email with a
link to reset your password. Once you'd done this, you can then log in with your new password.

PAYMENT

We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex as well
as online transactions such as PayPal, ApplePay, and Google Pay.

After you have added the items that you like to purchase, simply head to your shopping cart and enter the code in the box marked "Discount Code". Make sure to click the "Apply" button.
